So, this week has seemed to zoom by! The great news is that I'm rocking my program and am down 2lbs this week. The bad news is....well, I don't have any for ya! I'm feeling good. All is well. And, as always and forever, God is good! T is looking to get me down another 15lbs or so in the coming weeks. That will be easy enough. I told him that the point that I usually plateau at is ~154lbs so that's where we are headed and we will deal with whatever needs to be dealt with at that point. I have my eyes set one that at the moment. I would love to be able to come in at the same weight as my last show, but better conditioned. That would mean that I would have to have put on a decent amount of muscle since competing last. I think I have. Well, as the physique that I desire is continuing to unveil itself, I'll continue to put my hands in the hands of the Man that stills the waters. ;)
God Bless,
Blondell
I was long addicted to junk food which caused a lot of extra pounds. I knew that in order to lose weight I had to change my eating habits and lifestyle. I started going to the gym. I must say, it was very hard at the beginning since I was not accustomed to doing any sports from my childhood. I strongly needed some additional force to kick me off the sofa each time. I was thinking of some energy drinks, but finally decided to go the natural way. Moreover, I have found plenty of advices on how to increase your energy and endurance here militarygradenutritionals.com/blog/
